Four new homes on a town centre site
Nick worked closely with the project team on the development of the design for this residential development, providing urban design and landscape architecture input, to achieve an attractive balance between housing density and outdoor environmental quality. A particular challenge was the narrowness of the site. Careful design of access and maximum use of the remaining front and rear spaces for outdoor living amenity helped overcome this.
