Assessment for passive energy conservation apartments.

This proposal was for innovative architecture which used building design to control the climate and energy use within a new apartment building on a suburban site. Because of scale of the building it needed an assessment of its landscape and visual effects on adjacent reserves. Nick worked closely with the architects to gain maximum benefit from site design and the relationship to the adjacent reserve.
